Recently, it has been observed that some malicious individuals or hackers attempt to entice instructors or students with extremely lucrative fictitious projects in exchange for personal email addresses. Please don't give anyone access to your personal information. Any loss resulting from negligence on your part (sharing personal information, and attempting to disclose financial details inside and outside of the website) will not be protected by Fluentie.
If you're unhappy with the tutoring services you received, you may be
eligible for a refund in the following situations.
When classes are unavailable due to technical difficulties.
Should the promised services not be provided.
Within five days of the issue occurring, please get in touch with our customer care team to seek a refund.
Include any pertinent information, such as the tutor's name, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.
We will examine your request as a team.
We provide the subsequent choices for refunds:
Full refund: Giving the money back in full. eligible for a
Partial refund: Refunding a part of the costs in accordance with the number of sessions that were attended.
Not following the rescheduling guidelines (we don't have any cancelation guidelines).
Skipping appointments without giving enough notice.
A breach of our code of conduct or terms of service.
Once the class is confirmed it cannot be selected for refund
In order to avoid fees, please give at least 12 hours notice before rescheduling a tutoring session.
